Memberships and Subscriptions
Certain KJ Decorates products and services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
The applicable price, billing frequency, inclusions and any specific conditions will be displayed with the relevant product or service at the time of purchase.
Recurring subscriptions will continue and payments will be processed at the applicable billing interval until cancelled.
Information about cancelling a membership or subscription is provided through the KJ Decorates website and/or the member’s account.
Members are responsible for cancelling their recurring subscription before the next renewal payment if they do not wish to continue.
Where a payment fails, access to the applicable membership or subscription may be suspended or cancelled until payment has been successfully rectified.
Participation in a KJ Decorates membership is subject to agreement to and compliance with the rules or guidelines provided for that membership.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of a recurring subscription prevents future renewal payments once the cancellation takes effect.
Payments already processed are not automatically refunded because a customer changes their mind or chooses to cancel after a renewal has occurred.
Refunds or other remedies will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law. KJ Decorates may also choose to provide a refund or other resolution in other circumstances at its discretion.
Termination
KJ Decorates may suspend or terminate access to an account, membership or service where these Terms or applicable membership rules have been breached.
Upon termination, the right to access the relevant account, membership or service may cease.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations which by their nature continue after termination, including intellectual property rights and any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, KJ Decorates does not guarantee that the website or online services will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
